Shore Pinboard
One board for the Eastern Shore. Yard sales, gigs, openings, services, and things for sale — pinned in one place where they stay up, instead of buried in a feed by tomorrow.
Reading the board is free, always. Pinning a listing is $10 for 14 days, or $25 featured (top of the board, larger card, one mention in a Shore roundup post). Pins are claimed via Cash App to $ketchyTipJar with the note PINBOARD + your listing name. A listing goes live once the payment is confirmed by hand — no payments are collected on this page.
What can be pinned
- Yard sales & estate sales — date, town, and what is worth the drive.
- Gigs & events — live music, markets, church suppers, school fundraisers with a fixed price.
- Shop news — openings, sales, new stock, new hours.
- Services — mowing, hauling, repairs, cleaning, lessons: what you do, where you work, how to reach you.
- Things for sale — the item, the price, the town, your contact route.
How a pin works
- Send the pin fee via Cash App. $10 standard or $25 featured to $ketchyTipJar, note: PINBOARD + your listing name.
- Send the listing details. What it is, the town, the date and time if there is one, the price if there is one, and how people should reach you.
- Your pin goes live for 14 days. Once the payment is confirmed, the listing is built and posted on this board with your dates and contact route. After 14 days it comes down unless renewed at the same price.
The rules, plain
- A pin buys the listing, nothing else. No guaranteed sales and no guaranteed foot traffic are promised — the board puts you in one visible place; what people do with it is theirs.
- Real and local. Listings are checked to be a real Eastern Shore thing before they go up. Anything illegal, anyone else's private information, and too-good-to-be-true title or vehicle scams are declined and refunded.
- No chance shapes. No raffles, no cash prizes, no gambling listings — fixed prices and fixed dates only.
Why a pinboard
A Facebook post is gone in a day and a shop with no website is invisible to anyone who does not already follow it. The Pinboard is the opposite: one address, every current Shore listing on it, readable by anyone with the link. It is run from Snow Hill, Maryland, by someone who can walk into your shop and shake your hand — that is the whole pitch.
